Thirty-one million people in the United States will browse and research products, add items to carts, and make a purchase via a smart speaker, like Amazon Alexa or Google Home, in 2019, up 31.6% from the year before. By 2021, this figure is expected to climb to thirty-eight million as 4 in 10 US smart speaker users tap into the devices for shopping.
Seeing the increased adoption of voice assistants and voice technology, the Sage Tree Strategy &
